Crown Property Management Inc. is seeking a Property Accountant to support the Manager and Supervisor of Property Accounting in delivering reliable and timely financial reports for our commercial portfolio in Toronto and the GTA.

You will reconcile capital costs, prepare CAM/Tax adjustments, and assist with budgets while supporting our property managers and administrators with financial inquiries. Robust Excel, Yardi experience, and real estate knowledge are essential.
