Stantec's Buildings Canada East Division seeks a knowledgeable Mechanical Commissioning Consultant. Your role focuses on delivering commissioning services related to mechanical and electrical systems. You'll interact with clients and contractors while assisting in the business development of the commissioning service line across Eastern Ontario.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct commissioning activities for mechanical HVAC systems
Perform extensive site visits in Eastern Canada for project execution
Attend coordination meetings with multidisciplinary teams and contractors
Liaison with clients and authorities having jurisdiction
Contribute to proposal delivery for commissioning projects
Requirements:
Mechanical Engineering Diploma/Degree with 3+ years experience
Robust understanding of mechanical controls and HVAC systems
Willingness to travel for one-day site visits
Familiarity with construction documentation and specifications
Ability to work outdoors year-round in varying conditions
