Lee Valley Tools is seeking a customer service associate to support in-store orders and inquiries, assist with product questions, process exchanges and returns, and help locate items in the showroom. You will greet customers, answer questions, and ensure accurate transactions while maintaining stock and shelf presentation.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in retail, a background in a craft or trade is a plus, and a willingness to follow defined procedures.
