As an HS&E; Coordinator with EllisDon, you will oversee site-specific safety measures, providing orientations and conducting site inspections. You’ll monitor compliance, organize training on WHMIS, CPR/First Aid, and create thorough safety audit summaries. Your influence will guide both employees and subcontractors toward best safety practices, ensuring a safe working setting for all.

Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate orientations and site-specific safety training
• Conduct thorough safety inspections and site audits




• Lead accident investigations and implement corrective measures
• Monitor adherence to safety regulations on-site
• Compile and analyze health and safety statistics

Requirements:
• 3-5 years of construction safety experience
• Certified under the Occupational Health and Safety Act
• National Construction Safety Officer (NCSO) certificate preferred
• College degree in Occupational Health and Safety
