In this role, you'll be leading the development and execution of Bio Script’s commercial strategy. Key responsibilities include translating strategic priorities into operational plans, monitoring program performance, and ensuring collaboration across teams. You will ensure alignment between various departments to drive program success and patient value while optimizing performance and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Support Bio Script’s commercial strategy development
Translate strategy into action plans and workflows
Lead operational readiness for current service launches




Track and monitor program KPIs and outcomes
Develop productive workflows and maintain operational playbooks
Requirements:
5–8+ years in operations or commercial strategy
Experience in specialty pharmacy or pharmaceutical services
Robust understanding of operational workflows
Excellent project management and analytical skills
Bilingualism in French and English may be required
