Body Beautiful Day Spa + Salon is looking for an energetic, organized, and detail-oriented Spa Coordinator / Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our spa.

This position is part time to start, with hours based on our current booking volume. However, we anticipate a significant increase in hours in the new year, with the position likely growing to full-time or close to full-time hours.

We're looking for someone who is interested in long-term employment and growing with our team, rather than a short-term or student position. The ideal candidate will have broad availability and be excited about the opportunity for their hours to increase substantially as our business continues to grow.

Position Details

- Part time to start, with strong potential to become full-time or close to full-time in the new year
- Hourly position at $18/hr + retail commission opportunities

- Hours are based on bookings and business needs
- Monday, Wednesday & Friday availability required between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.




- Tuesday & Thursday availability required from 3:00 p.m. until close

- We accept appointments until 9:00 p.m.; however, shifts may end earlier if the final appointment finishes before then.
- Occasional Saturday availability is appreciated to help cover vacations or sick days
- This is not a student position. We are looking for someone with daytime and evening availability who is interested in a longer-term opportunity with the potential for significantly increased hours.

What You'll Be Doing

- Be the face of the spa by greeting guests with a warm welcome and ensuring they have an unforgettable experience
- Keep things running smoothly by managing appointments with accuracy and assisting with rescheduling

- Stay connected by making outbound calls to confirm bookings and manage cancellations
- Help guests check out by processing payments for services and retail purchases
- Support our estheticians by booking follow-up appointments and assisting with cleaning and laundry duties

- Show off your social media skills by posting Instagram stories and helping promote the spa
- Keep things looking fresh by restocking and maintaining retail displays
- Be a key player by assisting with opening and closing duties

What We're Looking For

- Experience in customer service or reception, preferably in a spa, salon, or wellness setting
- A friendly,



outgoing personality with excellent communication skills

- A natural multi-tasker who stays calm under pressure
- Someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy
- Familiarity with social media and marketing is a big plus

- Reliable availability Monday through Friday, including both daytime and evening shifts
- Someone looking for a long-term position with the potential for significantly increased hours
- A willingness to take on additional hours and responsibilities as the business grows
