- Administer medications accurately following prescribed schedules and instructions
- Provide companionship and emotional support to promote mental well-being
- Perform light housekeeping tasks including cleaning, laundry, and organization to maintain a safe environment
- Support clients with mobility and transfer techniques, including heavy lifting when necessary




- Document care activities thoroughly and communicate any changes in condition to supervisors or healthcare professionals

Experience

- Prior experience in assisted living, nursing home settings, or home care environments preferred
- Demonstrated patient care skills with seniors or individuals with disabilities
- Knowledge of dementia, hospice care, and general caregiving best practices
- Experience working with diverse populations, especially Spanish-speaking clients
- Familiarity with medication administration and basic nursing procedures
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as heavy lifting and assisting with mobility safely
- Strong communication skills in both Spanish and English are highly desirable
