Key Responsibilities:
• Execute routine repairs for plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
• Perform minor carpentry, painting, and grounds maintenance




• Conduct regular inspections and report maintenance concerns
• Adhere to safety protocols and established procedures
• Manage housekeeping and handyman duties as assigned

Requirements:
• Ability to follow instructions in English
• Capable of performing physical duties, including lifting
• Familiarity with minor repairs and maintenance work
• Knowledge in plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
• Hold a recent Vulnerable Sector Check or obtain one
