Your primary responsibilities will include maintaining cleanliness in building entrances, elevators, offices, and other common areas while ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our residents. You'll also manage inventory and assist with maintenance tasks like snow removal when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
• Clean common areas including entrances and laundry rooms
• Ensure the safety and comfort of residents daily




• Manage inventory and equipment maintenance
• Clean vacant suites and perform touch-ups
• Assist with snow removal and painting tasks as needed

Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years of cleaning experience
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Strong customer service and time-management skills
• Ability to lift up to 90 kg with equipment
• Comfortable working independently and in teams
