Marnics Mobile is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily store operations, guide sales and technician staff, and drive KPI performance. You will oversee customer service, inventory, cash handling, and compliance, ensuring the store runs smoothly and profitably.
Based at Ontario locations, you will manage scheduling, onboarding, and staff development, collaborate with the District Manager on performance reviews and policy enforcement, and coordinate events to boost morale and marketing.
