CIBC in Keswick is seeking a Client Service Representative to help clients with day-to-day banking needs. You’ll be the first line of support, answering questions, processing transactions, and connecting customers with the right team to reach their financial goals.
This in office, full-time role requires flexibility to work banking centre hours, including evenings and weekends, and to travel between nearby centres. You’ll use mobile banking apps and other tools to enhance the client experience.
