The Sutherland Group is seeking a Heavy Equipment Operator for our Sutherland Heavy Civil division to support log yard and chipping operations in British Columbia. The role requires operating wheel loaders, grapple loaders, and log loaders safely and efficiently.
You will work in a forestry environment with a 14 days on / 14 days off shift pattern and 12-hour shifts, with emphasis on safety, inventory control, and production targets. We offer competitive pay and perks and a team-first culture.
