Inpho is seeking a Senior/Principal Custom IC Layout Engineer to design and implement industry-leading laser/EAM drivers and TIAs in SiGe and InP. You will own complex layout blocks from schematic through tapeout, optimize layouts for speed, area, and noise, and mentor junior engineers in a fast-growing photonics scale-up.
The role requires 7+ years in CMOS/BiCMOS/SiGe, robust Cadence/Known tools, and collaboration with circuit, foundry, and packaging teams.
