In this full time onsite role, you will be the program owner for the Plant Control System, ensuring it aligns with safety, operational, and cyber requirements. Collaborate with various teams including technical architects and system engineers to ensure cohesive integration of subsystem controls across the broader Inertial Fusion Energy program. Your experience in complex technical programs will help drive project execution and manage compliance with evolving design requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
• Own and integrate the Plant Control System within IFE programs
• Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and timelines




• Ensure requirements are clearly interpreted by subsystem teams
• Coordinate with technical architects to maintain system integrity
• Facilitate the transition from design to commissioning stages

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or physics, advanced degree preferred
• 12+ years in large, complex technical programs
• Experience in nuclear or fusion systems
• Strong understanding of system integration and requirements
• Ability to guide teams without direct authority
