Forum Asset Management is seeking an Associate, Investments and Asset Management in Toronto to support underwriting, due diligence, and execution of real estate investments across REIIF, development pipelines, and self-storage platforms.
You will build financial models, manage due diligence, prepare investment materials, and assist in closing opportunities across core to opportunistic strategies while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a rapid-paced environment.
