Motorola Solutions is hiring for a senior DevOps leadership role in Vancouver, BC, with a hybrid schedule. You will guide a high-performing DevOps team, oversee legacy-to-modern platform migrations, and drive CI/CD improvements to accelerate deployment velocity.
The role requires 3+ years of leadership in DevOps, 5+ years in development/DevOps, and a solid Agile background. Collaboration with IT and product teams is essential.
