Confidential is seeking a Director of Total Rewards to lead design, development, implementation and evaluation of compensation and rewards programs. You will partner with senior leadership to shape total rewards strategies that support business objectives, EVP and long-term success.
The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on oversight of programs for employees, executives, and board-level stakeholders, including payroll and perks oversight and data analytics to optimize programs.
