Lead the work, grow the team, and build the relationships

Axon is a CPA firm built around the relationship. Formed when Ignite CPA and Best Roest & Co. joined forces, Axon provides accounting, tax, assurance, and advisory services to businesses and individuals across Lethbridge and Southern Alberta. Our partners bring decades of collective experience from major global accounting firms, and our values are easy: be Adaptable , be Xenial (build authentic connections), take Ownership , and keep Navigating Growth together.

We believe people do their best work when they're trusted to use their judgment, take ownership, and contribute their ideas. As a Senior Manager, you'll play a key part in driving growth for our clients, our team, our firm, and your own professional development. You'll develop solutions with clients and co-workers through collaborative debate and discussion, and work across a variety of engagements with tight deadlines, always with an emphasis on the client experience, team growth, and shared success.
