Join South Bow as a Corporate Attorney, focusing on corporate law and transactions in either Houston, Texas, or Calgary, Alberta. This role emphasizes mergers, acquisitions, and strategic legal support for business development.

As a key member of our legal team, you will report to the Associate General Counsel & Corporate Secretary. Collaborating with various internal stakeholders, you’ll provide practical legal advice to drive business goals effectively. Your expertise will significantly influence corporate transactions, manage legal risks, and oversee due diligence processes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with internal client groups for legal support
• Assist in structuring and negotiating corporate transactions




• Support financing activities including debt and equity offerings
• Identify and mitigate legal risks for the Company
• Advise on governance and securities law requirements

Requirements:
• 7+ years of corporate law experience
• Juris Doctor (JD) or LLB from accredited law school
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada
• Proven problem-solving and relationship-building skills
• Ability to influence outcomes with practical guidance
