Key Responsibilities:
• Draft and approve commercial contracts aligned with company interests
• Advise on contract status, risks, and liabilities
• Manage contractual obligations with internal departments




• Provide legal counsel for various legal challenges
• Research potential legal issues proactively

Requirements:
• Law degree and admission to Ontario Bar Association
• 3 to 5 years of in-house corporate legal experience
• Robust negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Proven confidentiality in handling legal matters
