You’ll own contracts from forecasting through renewals, coordinating with customers, subcontractors, and field teams to meet SLA commitments. The ideal candidate has excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, ITIL understanding, and solid touchpoints with Oracle/Services Lifecycle tools.
