Our transportation client is seeking a Senior GRC Analyst (10+ years) to support CCSPA compliance and analyze Operational Technology (OT) security environments ( 531417)

Join a cybersecurity initiative focused on demonstrating compliance with the Critical Cyber Systems Protection Act within a transportation environment. This role supports analysis of OT environments tied to airline operations, including risk assessments, gap analyses, and evaluation of existing security controls against cybersecurity frameworks. The position also contributes to governance standards, policies, procedures, and executive-level reporting for critical infrastructure security initiatives.

Must Haves

10+ years in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) , cybersecurity risk assessment, or audit engagements

Operational Technology (OT) , Industrial Control Systems (ICS) , or critical infrastructure environments

Familiarity with NIST CSF , CIS Controls, or ISO 27001

Nice to Have

Experience in aviation, transportation, or other critical infrastructure sectors

Hybrid work setting with onsite collaboration at the hanger

Responsibilities

Analyze OT environments supporting airline operations, including maintenance and operational support systems

Identify and document OT assets, data flows, system dependencies, and cyber risks

Evaluate existing security controls against industry frameworks and regulatory requirements

Facilitate risk workshops and interviews with business, operational, and technology stakeholders

Develop risk assessments, gap analyses, and remediation recommendations

Support creation of OT security governance standards, policies, and procedures

Produce executive-ready reports summarizing findings, risks, and recommended actions
