In this senior role, you will provide legal counsel throughout all phases of the product life cycle while addressing complex legal matters across the organization. Key Responsibilities:
• Review products for compliance with Canadian legal obligations
• Advise on privacy impact assessments and risk strategies




• Counsel management on complex legal matters
• Draft and update product templates and privacy policies
• Support marketing during product launches and initiatives

Requirements:
• Bachelor of common law and 5-7 years as a lawyer
• Member of the Law Society of Ontario
• Knowledge of PIPEDA and privacy laws
• Solid negotiation and communication skills
• Experience in technology-focused legal counsel
