Based in Canada, MedaNova is seeking an experienced Corporate Counsel to work full-time in their legal department. With a focus on drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, you will engage with business leaders while offering timely legal advice. Proficiency in both English and French is essential for collaboration with diverse stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
• Draft and negotiate commercial agreements across multiple domains
• Provide timely legal advice to business and operational teams
• Assist with privacy, cybersecurity, and data protection matters




• Support employment-related legal issues and workplace policies
• Conduct legal research and develop practical solutions

Requirements:
• Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree
• Around 2-4 years of post-call legal experience
• Proficiency in English and French is preferred
• Strong experience in commercial agreements negotiation
• Member in positive standing of the Law Society of Ontario or Barreau du Quebec
