Overview The Senior Solutions Engineer will play a critical role within the Solutions team, working cross-functionally to support the success and growth of the company's products.

This role involves working directly with financial institution partners and internal teams, leading technical and strategic discussions, designing effective technology solutions, and identifying opportunities to improve end-to-end processes.

The goal is to help partners and their clients automate treasury and payment operations while also driving internal improvements that support efficiency and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Engage with partners and prospects to deliver customized product demonstrations tailored to their specific needs.
- Leverage market and technical expertise to provide strategic guidance on partner product strategies, including technology and go-to-market solutions.
- Analyze financial institution product specifications and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Service Operations teams to develop go-to-market strategies across the partner ecosystem.
- Lead internal strategic initiatives focused on automating and improving processes to increase efficiency and support revenue growth.




- Lead technical scoping and develop detailed specifications for Statements of Work (SOWs).
- Create and present strategic pitch decks to financial institutions and prospective partners, highlighting new product functionality and capabilities.
- Act as a technical mentor to junior members of the Solutions team, supporting their development and promoting best practices.

Experience

- 5+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Product Management, or a similar role.
- Experience within financial services, FinTech, SaaS, or another technology-driven environment is preferred.

Technical Expertise

- Solid ability to create technical documentation, including process workflows and requirements documents.
- Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and translate complex technical concepts into clear, accessible content.
- Strong understanding of connectivity standards, including authentication, encryption, secure data transmission, and APIs.
- Familiarity with data standards such as XML and JSON.
- Experience leveraging AI tools and Model Context Protocol (MCP) to streamline workflows, improve day-to-day efficiency, and enhance technical output.

- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong relationship-building skills with internal stakeholders, external partners, and prospects.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience in financial services or FinTech.
- Experience working within an ERP ecosystem.
