Horizon Assurance LLP is a professional services firm based in Markham, specializing in accounting, tax, assurance, and related advisory services for corporations across a diverse range of industries.

Overview of Position:

The primary responsibilities will include:

-Year end accounting of corporate clients

-Performing audits of public and private company clients

-Preparation of consolidated financial statements

-Continued professional development of accounting, auditing and tax

-Working directly under manager and supervisor

Requirements of Position:

-Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.

-Interest in pursuing the CPA designation; enrolment in the CPA program or progress toward eligibility is an asset.

-Strong attention to detail, with the ability to analyze financial information and prepare clear, organized documentation.

-Must have strong computer skills,



Word and Excel are must

-Accuracy is a must with excellent attention to detail

-Quick learner and able to adapt to changes well

-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
