CPKC in Scarborough, Ontario is seeking a Trainmaster to coordinate yard-terminal and road traffic, ensuring safe, cost-effective operations and LOSP/OP execution. You will lead by example, coach Train & Engine staff, and uphold a culture of safety.
This role requires railway conductor experience, supervision in logistics, solid communication, and the ability to respond to incidents. You may operate trains and maintain CROR/GCOR qualifications as needed.
