This role will support a software replacement and Finance RPA/Power Automate initiatives with multiple automation use cases. The client is seeking a senior-level consultant who can quickly integrate with stakeholders and support executive-level project delivery activities.

Contract, Remote or Hybrid in Ottawa (EST)

Must Haves

10+ years managing IM/IT projects and programs including implementation delivery

PMP certification

Stakeholder management and C-suite engagement within complex initiatives

College diploma or certificate in Business Administration, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field

Nice to Have

Project delivery across Point-of-Sale , RPA , or distributed systems environments

CA Clarity Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) system

Customer Relation Management (CRM) systems

Finance RPA or Power Automate project exposure

Responsibilities

Manage IM/IT projects from initiation through implementation

Support implementation planning and execution activities

Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables

Track and manage project risks, issues, and change activities

Develop project plans, status reports, budgets, and communication documents

Liaise with stakeholders and external providers throughout project delivery

Support project governance and stakeholder management activities
