Target candidate: a program director with a telecom background who has delivered large-scale production deployments while leading several project managers, ideally in a data centre or large-scale service migration context. The resume must show telecom depth, vendor and partner coordination, and program scale.

Desired Intermediate English, spoken and written
Influence leadership, mobilizing IT and business teams
Planning, coordination and management of telecom complexity
Communicating and simplifying IT concepts for senior management

Asset Requirements Profiles to Exclude:
Application or CRM program director with no telecom program delivered on the resume.
Infrastructure program director (servers, storage, cloud, facilities) with no demonstrated telecom stream delivery.
Telecom project manager who delivered a project without leading other project managers.
Telecom deployments on the resume limited to test or small-scale environments, with no large-scale production rollout.
No program on the resume reaching or indicating a budget of $20M+ per year.
