Point is hiring a Technical Lead Manager to steer the AI engineering team building voice, email, chat, and SMS agents for homeowner interactions. You will stay hands-on in code, define technical direction, and collaborate with Product, Ops, and CX to deliver applied AI that customers use directly.
You will mentor a small senior team, drive observability and reliability across the AI stack (Langfuse), and own the roadmap from concept through delivery in a remote-first workplace across Canada.
