Key Responsibilities:
• Directly manage Senior, Intermediate, and Junior Estimators
• Establish consistent estimating standards and processes




• Lead go/no-go bid decision assessments
• Review and approve final estimates for accuracy

Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in a related discipline
• 12+ years of estimating experience in construction
