The Opportunity
FuntoNetwork is seeking a Business Analyst - Level 3 for upcoming project opportunity: IT Specialized Services (TBIPS) .

Core Responsibilities

Interview users about the current Canadian Heritage IT assignments workflow.

Map the steps, handoffs and exceptions in Canadian Heritage IT assignments.

Identify the records and information exchanged by Canadian Heritage IT assignments.

Document the changes users need in Canadian Heritage IT assignments.





Separate essential requirements from optional improvements to Canadian Heritage IT assignments.

Write user scenarios for the proposed Canadian Heritage IT assignments changes.

Define acceptance criteria for each Canadian Heritage IT assignments scenario.

Review proposed Canadian Heritage IT assignments workflows with the affected users.

Resolve conflicting or incomplete Canadian Heritage IT assignments requirements.

Update the requirements record when an approved Canadian Heritage IT assignments decision changes the workflow.

What You Bring

Demonstrated experience performing Business Analyst - Level 3 responsibilities in public-sector, regulated, enterprise, or comparable environments.

Ability to produce complete, reviewable work products tied to requirements and acceptance criteria.

Strong documentation, stakeholder coordination, risk awareness, confidentiality, and deadline discipline.

Relevant licenses, certifications, clearances, insurance, or local delivery capacity when required by the solicitation.

Bring a current resume, examples of relevant individual project work, role-required credentials, availability, and your proposed hourly rate. Be prepared to explain your own contribution to comparable deliverables.
