What We’re Looking For Active RIBO license in valuable standing Minimum 3 years of Commercial Insurance Brokerage experience Minimum 3 years of Team Lead experience Strong understanding of Commercial Lines insurance and risk placement Strong client service and relationship management skills Strong business acumen with a sales-oriented approach Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills Ability to manage multiple commercial placements and priorities Strong organizational and time management skills Experience with EPIC / Applied Systems is an asset Knowledge of specialty products such as Cyber, D&O;, E&O; is an asset CAIB, CIP, CRM,



or other insurance designations are an asset What You’ll Be Doing Provide senior-level support and guidance to Commercial SME Risk Placement Brokers Manage escalations and help resolve complex client and placement issues Mentor and support the development of team members Manage and service a portfolio of commercial insurance clients Work closely with Sales, Producers, and Senior Account Managers Review client exposures and identify coverage gaps Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities Structure and negotiate insurance programs for commercial clients Support complex placements and multi-line commercial accounts What’s Offered $85,000 to $125,000 annual compensation range Variable commission and potential performance-based bonus Hybrid work flexibility Group RRSP matching Paid personal days Group health benefits and EFAP Professional membership fees, including RIBO, IBAO, and IIC Professional development and educational reimbursement Professional office environment and free parking
