Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for an SMT Operator (Overnight) in the electro-mechanical assembly industry in Ottawa, Ontario. As a SMT Machine Operator (for electronic assembly), you will tend to the machine by quickly and efficiently loading/replenishing feeders with reels of components, entering programs into automated placement machinery, and prepping for the next build with the primary goal being to maximize machine productive time.
Responsibilities PCB handling
SMT techniques including pick & place, screen print, and reflow
Product inspection
Setup, and calibration according to set processes and diagrams
Providing support and working with engineers when problems arise
Requirements High School Diploma, minimum 3 years of PCB Handling, ESD Practices, and working experience with IPC 610 Standards, ideal
What's in it for you: $19.00 hourly
Overnight shift 12 am - 8 am (Monday to Friday)
15% overnight shift premium in addition to base rate
Weekly pay including 4% vacation pay
