Overview Insight Global is seeking a Forward Deployment Engineer to design, build, and deploy AI-powered solutions that solve complex business challenges. This role sits at the intersection of software engineering, AI, architecture, and consulting, requiring a hands-on technologist who can rapidly transform business needs into production-ready solutions.
Responsibilities Partner with business and technical stakeholders to identify AI use cases and solution opportunities.
Facilitate discovery workshops and requirements gathering sessions.
Build proof-of-concepts and production-ready AI applications.
Develop solutions leveraging LLMs, RAG architectures, agentic workflows, and enterprise AI platforms.
Create APIs, integrations, and workflow orchestration patterns.
Partner with architecture teams to ensure compliance with security and governance standards.
Enable knowledge transfer and promote AI best practices across teams.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE 5+ years of software engineering, solution engineering, or AI engineering experience.
Robust Python development and API integration experience.




Experience with cloud-native application development and modern software architecture.
Hands-on experience with GenAI, LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG.
Strong consulting, stakeholder-facing, and communication skills.
Ability to rapidly prototype and iterate solutions.
Experience working in Agile environments.
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Azure AI, Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, or Microsoft AI ecosystem experience.
Experience building agentic AI applications and workflows.
Experience with vector databases, semantic search, and knowledge retrieval.
Cloud certifications (Azure preferred).
Financial services experience, with priority to Wealth Management or Insurance Domain.

Pay Rate: $90-100/hr
