The SAP Project Lead will manage the local implementation of a new SAP ERP system, partnering with global and local teams to support a standardized Finance & Controlling solution. This role ensures local readiness for deployment, including planning, testing, training, data migration, and go-live activities.
Key Responsibilities Represent local Finance and Controlling requirements in global SAP template design.
Coordinate Finance, IT, key users, and business stakeholders throughout the rollout.
Manage local project plans, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
Support data migration, testing, training, cutover, and go-live activities.
Track actions, resolve issues, and provide status updates to stakeholders.
Drive user readiness, change management, and post-go-live support.
Qualifications CPA or equivalent preferred.
Experience with SAP/ERP implementations, ideally SAP S/4HANA.
Strong knowledge of Finance and Controlling processes.




Experience leading projects and coordinating cross-functional teams.
Ability to work effectively with global teams, business stakeholders, and implementation partners.
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Skilled fluency in English.
Preferred Experience SAP template-based rollout experience.
Knowledge of testing, data migration, training, cutover, and hypercare.
Project management certification or training.
Experience in a standardized finance workplace.
Success Measures Local requirements are incorporated into the global solution.
Project milestones, testing, and training are completed on schedule.
Risks and issues are proactively managed.
Successful deployment of a standardized Finance & Controlling solution.
Smooth transition to operational support after go-live.
