• Manage integration of newly acquired companies and align policies
• Ensure audit readiness with complete documentation

Requirements:
• CPA or equivalent with 5+ years in Financial Management
• Proven experience in portfolio company management and budgeting
• Solid knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Experience with NetSuite is a plus
