TRANSPARENT is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily airport operations, driving security, service, and sales excellence. You will oversee both salaried and hourly staff, manage payroll and scheduling, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships with TSA, airlines and airport partners.
The role requires 5+ years in leadership, a passion for teamwork, and a proven track record in coaching and developing staff to meet ambitious KPIs.
