Clio is seeking an experienced Senior Product Designer to enhance our Fintech team. This remote-friendly role allows you to revolutionize legal workflows while collaborating closely with Product and Engineering.
As a Senior Product Designer at Clio, you will play a pivotal role in shaping high-quality experiences that empower law firms to manage their finances effectively. This position, available for candidates across Canada (excluding Quebec) and the US, requires leading the entire design process while grounding your decisions in a deep understanding of customer needs. You’ll work from our hubs in Burnaby, Calgary, or Toronto at least twice a week to foster collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end design processes from discovery to execution
• Advocate customer needs in cross-functional decision-making
• Create accessible and cohesive product experiences
• Contribute to design system improvements and consistency
• Collaborate proactively across teams with clear storytelling
Requirements:
• 6+ years of digital product design experience
• B2B SaaS experience preferred but not mandatory
• Proven track record of shipping impactful, high-quality work
• Solid skills in interaction design and usability
• Experience with AI design and prototyping tools
