Regional Director – Fractional CFO | New Brunswick
Remote-Based | Must reside in Recent Brunswick and be available for regular travel throughout the region. Reporting to the President & COO
The CFO Centre Canada is seeking an entrepreneurial C‑Suite business leader to take on the role of Regional Director, developing and leading the New Brunswick region. This is a unique entrepreneurial opportunity to grow a regional business backed by the world's leading provider of Fractional and Part-Time CFO services, while benefiting from The CFO Centre's established presence in Atlantic Canada and the experience and support of an existing Regional Director in the broader market.

The ideal candidate will combine C‑Suite leadership experience with strong commercial and business‑development capability. Experience as a CFO or senior finance leader would be an asset.

Your primary role will be Regional Director , focused on developing client and referral relationships, driving regional growth, and recruiting and leading a team of experienced CFOs. While establishing your territory, you may also personally support clients as a fractional CFO if suitably qualified.

What You'll Build
As Regional Director, you will:

Develop and grow your own defined CFO Centre territory within New Brunswick

Build your own client portfolio and strategic referral partnerships with banks, accountants, lawyers and advisors

Personally support clients as a fractional CFO, where appropriate and if suitably qualified, while establishing your territory

Drive business development and regional revenue growth

Recruit, mentor and support your own team of experienced CFOs

Build on The CFO Centre's established Atlantic Canada presence and collaborate with an experienced Regional Director

Deliver an outstanding client experience that drives retention and referrals

Collaborate with national leadership on strategic growth initiatives

Build a sustainable, high‑performing regional business

Who We're Looking For
You may currently be:

A fractional CFO or finance consultant who has built their own practice

A former Audit, Assurance, Private Enterprise or Advisory Partner

A CEO, President, senior C‑Suite executive or business‑development executive

A business owner or entrepreneur

A banking, finance or professional‑services leader with strong SME relationships

The ideal candidate brings:





Five or more years of senior leadership experience in a C‑Suite, CFO or financial leadership role

A strong professional network within the region

Demonstrated business-development and relationship‑building capability

A passion for helping businesses grow and succeed

Credibility and confidence working with business owners and senior executives

Strong commercial acumen and entrepreneurial drive

Leadership and coaching capability

Experience with large or mid‑tier public or privately held businesses
