Assent is seeking a Director of Quality Assurance to elevate our quality strategy across SaaS products. Lead global teams, establish quality controls, and drive product reliability in a hybrid work model.

In this senior role, you will define and advance Assent’s quality assurance strategy while enhancing quality engineering practices. You will collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, and Security, ensuring quality is embedded throughout the software development lifecycle. Your leadership will directly impact customer outcomes and product delivery velocity.

Key Responsibilities:
• Define enterprise quality assurance and engineering strategies
• Develop and scale a globally distributed QA organization
• Champion a risk-based approach to product quality




• Drive adoption of test-driven development practices
• Establish standards and governance across engineering teams

Requirements:
• 10+ years in software quality assurance or engineering
• 5+ years leading QA teams in B2B SaaS
• Experience with CI/CD and automated testing
• Strong understanding of cloud architectures
• Excellent executive communication skills
