Sparkrock, a 100% remote company, seeks a Senior Delivery Manager to own P&L; and drive profitable ERP/SaaS implementations for social benefit clients. You will lead a diverse team of consultants, BAs, and PMs, shape delivery models, and partner with Sales on current engagements, all while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
You will manage a $3-5M portfolio, align delivery with customer needs, and champion continuous improvement across the lifecycle.
