Role Description The Storekeeper role at Quema Consulting Limited is a full-time, on-site position based in Warri. The Storekeeper will be responsible for receiving goods, unloading deliveries, and verifying quantities and quality against purchase orders and delivery notes. Day-to-day activities include organizing and packing items in designated storage locations, maintaining accurate inventory records, and monitoring stock levels to support timely replenishment.





The Storekeeper will also manage inventory control processes, perform regular stock checks, and operate material-handling equipment where required. The role involves collaborating with operations and procurement teams, ensuring protected storage practices, and maintaining a clean, orderly store environment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Inventory Control and Inventory Management to track stock levels, maintain accurate records, and support regular stock audits.
- Candidates should possess skills in Packing and Unloading to handle incoming and outgoing goods efficiently and maintain orderly storage areas.
- Candidates should possess skills in Forklift Operation or other material-handling equipment use to safely move and arrange goods within the store or warehouse.
- Strong attention to detail, basic numeracy for stock counting, and familiarity with inventory software or spreadsheets.
- Good communication skills, reliability, and the ability to follow safety procedures and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Previous experience in storekeeping, warehouse operations, or logistics is an advantage; relevant vocational training or certifications in warehousing or equipment operation are beneficial.
