Lead a dedicated team at Dawson Road Maintenance as an experienced Road Foreperson in Alexis Creek, BC. This full time role focuses on road safety and efficient travel for all drivers.

As a valued member of Dawson Road Maintenance, you will supervise maintenance crews, sub-contractors, and hired equipment throughout the area. Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring safety, following instructions independently, and managing scheduled work effectively. Your extensive experience in road maintenance and knowledge of MoTT specifications will be key in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise maintenance crews and external contractors
• Ensure safety and efficiency in road maintenance tasks




• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and the public
• Operate equipment as necessary
• Collaborate with various government and external agencies

Requirements:
• Minimum three years in a management role
• Five years in the road maintenance industry
• Valid Class 3 Driver's License with Air Brake Endorsement
• Clean driver's abstract for compliance
• Ability to work outdoors and complete shift work
