• Design and implement learning and development programs
• Ensure compliance with education and safety standards

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
• 5 years HR experience, with 3 years in leadership
• Knowledge of Ontario’s health and safety regulations
• Professional HR certifications are assets
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
