PTW is seeking an experienced Human Resources Advisor to serve as a trusted partner to senior leadership. This role demands expertise in HR strategy, employee relations, and fostering organizational development. You will have the prospect to lead talent development programs and complex employee relations cases, while also driving change management initiatives and ensuring compliance with employment laws.

Key Responsibilities:
• Consult with leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives
• Develop and implement talent development and succession planning




• Lead mediation in sensitive employee relations cases
• Drive change management during organizational restructuring
• Conduct compensation analysis and align strategies with goals

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in progressive HR roles
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
• Knowledge of Alberta employment laws
• Strong analytical and communication skills
