Southern Health-Santé Sud is hiring a Home Care Attendant in Steinbach, Manitoba. The role supports frail or disabled clients at home with personal care and daily living activities, under the Home Care Program. It is a 0.7 FTE, temporary, in-person position with evenings and weekend shifts.
The incumbent will work within the Home Care team to implement care plans, travel to client sites, and collaborate with other health professionals while upholding the organization’s mission and values.
