The Retail Communications Co-Op for eight months will report to the Manager of Retail Communication Channels. You will manage the end-to-end communication process, from drafting messages to analyzing engagement metrics. This position emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams and offers hands-on experience in project management and storytelling through various mediums.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with partners to validate information
• Draft and publish communications via Zipline
• Analyze engagement metrics for improvement insights




• Propose innovative communication strategies beyond writing
• Support large-scale communication initiatives

Requirements:
• Actively enrolled in a Communications or related program
• Exceptional writing and editing skills
