NTT DATA, Inc. is seeking a Helpdesk Associate to join our Clinical Service Desk team. This role offers work from home from Canada and requires shift flexibility, including nights and weekends. You will support healthcare users with clinical applications and drive incident resolution 24/7.
Candidates should have 4+ years in service desk, 1+ year troubleshooting, and a high school diploma. Training is provided; strong communication and typing skills are essential.
