Key Responsibilities:
• Set up equipment and ingredients for meal preparation
• Prepare meals according to specified dietary requirements
• Monitor food quality and report issues to the team leader




• Assume departmental responsibilities in the leader's absence
• Assist in training new kitchen team members

Requirements:
• Minimum Grade 12 education
• Valid Protected Food Handling Certificate required
• Experience in institutional cooking or hospitality
• Positive attitude essential to meet standards
• Legally eligible to work in Canada
